As many of our products are made to order, please allow 2–4 Business Days for order processing, printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise specified.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

Free Shipping

Orders above ₹800 may qualify for free shipping where applicable.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  2. Contact the courier service.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue where possible.

However, KENZOKU cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

Our team will review the claim and assist with a replacement, refund, or resolution where applicable.
